Humberto Nóbrega and Charlotte Borghmans brought their experience at renowned firms in Switzerland, Portugal, Belgium and the US, among others, to their own design studio. Effortless finesse, warm colors, honest materials and an instinctive feel for space and proportion define their work. They came to Hunt for an identity and website to carry that story.

Natural tones and tactile textures form the foundation of Nóbrega Borghmans' projects. They bring warmth and depth to a space and create a sense of authenticity. That's exactly the feeling we wanted to evoke in their brand materials. A curated selection of uncoated papers and printing techniques invites you to touch, just like the materials in their projects.
For Nóbrega Borghmans, we didn't want to build a brand that steals the spotlight, but one that conveys Charlotte and Humberto's world as purely as possible. Calm and space are essential to their work, and so to the visual language as well.
A clear grid, generous white space and a considered typographic hierarchy give the projects room to breathe. Images are free to speak for themselves, without the design taking over. The result is a brand that steps back where it should, and precisely because of that, feels as luxurious as their projects.
The website deliberately has an unconventional, editorial feel: warm, layered and quietly self-assured. The way typography, imagery, rhythm and space come together is closer to a carefully designed interiors magazine than a traditional corporate website. Minimal animations add a subtle sense of movement without disturbing the calm.
Architects and designers often run into the same question: how do you translate a creative vision into a strong brand? For Nóbrega Borghmans, it started with understanding what makes their work unique, subtly reinforcing it where needed, and above all giving it the space it deserves.
