When brothers Kwan-Juk and Kwan-Hi wanted to start their street food restaurant, the idea of traditional Chinese restaurants was far from their vision. Hunt joined them on their adventure and helped shape their concept.

Where we made the difference

What makes Bowls unique is its playful, modern approach to Asian fusion cuisine, served entirely in bowls. This choice, which we developed together with the brothers, gives the restaurant a distinctive and approachable character that stands out in the street food scene of Kortrijk and Bruges.

For Bowls, we provided strategic input from day one. When the idea emerged to serve everything in bowls, we suggested immediately linking the name to the concept. The oversized logo on the facade, a nod to the bustling street food markets in Asia, was also one of our creative contributions.
